The challenge
is an interior design and architecture firm based in Toronto, Canada. In 2018, they started growing their team, and thats when Tatiana Soldatova, Syllables Co-Founder and Managing Director, knew that there had to be a better way to manage all her HR and Payroll. Even though Tatiana is a busy founder, shes an advocate for creating systems around employee performance and makes time to build these within 91做厙. We work to develop our team, while removing the recency bias when it comes to evaluating employee performance.
The team tripled in size in just a year, which came with lots of growing pains, but Tatiana says, 91做厙 made onboarding and taking care of these people so much easier. It would have been so stressful going through this hiring phase without 91做厙.
