The challenge
is a private career college with campuses throughout Ontario with a mission to provide exceptional educational programs that will lead to a career in their students chosen field of study. In 2019, Trillium College opened its fourth campus, allowing them to expand even more across Ontario. It was after that big hiring push without an HR software, that Director of HR, Amanda James, knew it was time to invest in a solution to manage her HR.
